Right of withdrawal for the consumer (Legislative Decree 206/2005)

In accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (and subsequent amendments and additions), the Consumer Customer, where not satisfied with the products purchased from the Seller, may return the products and obtain reimbursement of the price already paid at the time of advance payment or the change in size, color and / or the item. The Consumer Customer may exercise the right to change the item/items, size or color only once.

Mode of operation: To this end, the Customer must contact the Seller within 14 days after the delivery of the products or within 14 days following the purchase of the services, sending a notice to the email address info@shopbvono.com, containing all the necessary and useful information for a correct processing of the return and reimbursement procedure.

This communication must necessarily contain all of the following:

a. the express wish of the Customer to withdraw in whole or in part from the purchase contract through the wording "Request for Return" to be included in the object of the mail;

b. name, surname and number of the order to which the Request for Return refers;

c. the number and copy of the invoice proving the purchase of the order with respect to which it intends to exercise the right of withdrawal;

d. the description and codes of the Products with respect to which the right of withdrawal is exercised.

Following the receipt of the communication with which the Customer communicates his intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller, having verified the correspondence to the requirements indicated above, will assign a return code that will identify the customer's return in the following phases and which must be reported on the return form and on the package. The re-credit, including the shipping costs, will be made by the Seller within 14 days of receiving the aforementioned e-mail notification. In the event of a change, the Seller will send the new item/items free of charge.

The Customer has 14 days from the receipt of the return code to entrust the package to the shipper, sending a communication certifying the entrustment and attaching the relative receipt of the shipper to allow the Seller to keep track of the package. It is the Customer's responsibility to choose a valid shipping option and bear the cost of returning the package. The Seller will not be held responsible for packages lost or damaged during transport for the return of the package. The Customer undertakes to pay any customs fees for the change / return.

 

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

However, the right to return is excluded:

All items that do not comply with the essential conditions of product integrity and original packaging (items damaged by their use, damaged items and / or without the original tag)
